Q: We do not live in Jakarta, Indonesia but love your works and would like to have our wedding documented by Fotoism. Will you travel to document our wedding?
A: Yes, as part of our commitment to serve our clients better, wherever you are, we will travel to document your wedding. We travel nationally as well as internationally to document weddings worldwide. We are no strangers to traveling. Between Fotoism team members, we have traveled to many countries in four out of five continents in the world.

Q: My fiancé and I are going to have a really big wedding with lots of processions and traditional ceremonies that span over several days. Are you capable to handle this?
A: Definitely yes. Many of our clients over the years had big and elaborate weddings as well and we have the capabilities and experience to handle a really big wedding (even a couple of big weddings on the same day!). However big or small your wedding will be, you shouldn’t be worried because we always take the same great care to ensure that our work is as memorable to you as the most important day in your life.

Q: We have booked Fotoism for our pre-wedding and wedding. We are so excited and can’t wait to have our photos taken. We want to look great in the photos. Do you have any tips for us?
A: Relax. Be yourself. Enjoy your day. Get a good night rest. If possible, also take the day before off from work so you can get enough rest. All preparations leading to your pre-wedding photo shoot or your wedding day should also be done at least a week or two before the special day. This should help you enjoy them more.

Q: We recently got married and had our wedding documented by Fotoism. When can we expect to see the finished albums?
A: We do take a great deal of care in selecting and processing your memorable photos into customized albums or books that you will be proud of and treasure for a very long time. This process does not happen overnight. Normally, our wedding albums are ready in approximately 3 months time after the wedding date. Wedding story books might take slightly longer to be finished as the production process is quite a bit more complicated.

Q: Can you set up a mini studio at our wedding reception?
A: Yes! We sure can bring a mini studio and set it up at your wedding reception provided there is enough space for the set up. 

Q: We like your photography style but we also want to have a video of our wedding. Do you provide videography services?
A: Yes, we do provide videography services. Your video will be shot in a similar style we will photograph your wedding so both of them complement each other nicely when you show them to your family members and friends. We also provide projectors, projector screens, and LCD/plasma TV rental services.
